A private event invitation design was for a corporate private event for their employees. A project developed while I was working at Idea’s NW, a company based in Puyallup, Washington that specializes in hotel, private, and corporate events management.
One of the challenges with this project was coming up with a design that was clean, minimalist, and featured an art-deco motif design that needed to represent different printed invitation options for guests who would be staying at the hotel and guests who would be just visiting for the day.
The solution was to create multiple options that reflected the most important information in the layout for each target demographic. During our creative brief call, we discussed the importance of also including a welcome message in the invitation suite. Featured below, are the finishing deliverables including a welcome message printed insert, details card, and a separate details card for guests that would not be staying at the hotel.
